**Bring people with you.**

We’re facing crazy times right now; a year into “work at home” and we’re faced with traditional work being turned inside out. *Nothing* is like it used to be any more.

It’s important to understand that change effects everyone in different ways; everyone is in a unique situation. Be an ear for them and bring them WITH you on the journey. Connect people together from all different functions; you’ll find the rising tide lifts all the boats.

One thing to be watchful for though — there are those that cling tightly to the past; I guarantee you will hear the cries of “*that’s not the way we used to do it*”; **be warned**, it can be a total anchor for a persons growth or for an entire organization.
